Community Advocates for People’s Choice
CAPC, or “Community Advocates for People’s Choice,” provides supported employment, supported living, and community inclusion services for individuals with disabilities. The key strengths of the organization are quality of services in meeting the needs of consumers, community support of the program, and the self-fulfillment of consumers’ life aspirations. The uniqueness of the program lies in this approach to providing services. All services are consumer-driven, starting with hopes and dreams of the individual and the development of an individualized service plan.
