City of Norwalk Halloween Festivals

Join the City of Norwalk at Norwalk Park, Hermosillo Park and Lakeside Park for family fun on Halloween night.
Guests will enjoy various activities, including game booths with the distribution of candy, costume contests with various categories, music, food trucks, arts and crafts, and more!
