Unleash your inner artist at Chalktastic! Families and individuals of all ages are invited to transform a 4’×4′ square into a colorful chalk masterpiece on the sidewalks of Whittier City Hall.

Registration is free and includes a chalk kit and kneeling pad — prizes will be awarded by age group and for People’s Choice.
