The City of Norwalk’s Adaptive Recreation Program is designed for individuals with learning, physical, or developmental disabilities.

Meetings are every Thursday at Gerdes Park from 5 pm – 7 pm.

Registration is Mandatory for all Heart events! Register no later than week before program meeting.

Activities are group-based and tailored to meet participants’ unique needs, promoting social engagement in a fun, supportive environment.

Enjoy outings like movie nights, dinners with friends, and local adventures.

To participate, all participants must have a current medical/emergency form on file with the department.
