Creative Wellness: Canvas Painting at the Whittier Wellness Center

Creative Wellness Thursdays offers a relaxing weekly space to unwind, express yourself, and connect through hands-on art activities.
Each session features a different creative experience designed to support mindfulness, creativity, and overall well-being while also promoting stress relief and social connections.
This session participants will be canvas painting!
