Harbor of Hope 2026

On Friday, October 2, CAPC welcomed families, community partners, and advocates to the Harbor of Hope at Coyote Hills Golf Club in Fullerton. Guided by the theme, “Anchored in Purpose, Powered by Community,” CAPC’s annual fall fundraiser brought the community together to celebrate our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to live, work, and thrive. From sharing inspiring stories of independence and new opportunities to enjoying friendly competition, dancing, and plenty of fun, the night was a reminder of what makes our community so special. To everyone who joined us, supported, and helped bring the Harbor of Hope to life, thank you for being part of our journey. Your continued belief in our mission make evenings like these possible, and your support helps CAPC create and enhance opportunities for the individuals we serve.
