CAPC, Inc. celebrated the Grand Opening of its Orange County office on March 18, expanding services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event welcomed community leaders, elected officials, and partners from across Brea, Norwalk, Whittier, and Santa Fe Springs, highlighting regional support and collaboration. Guests toured the new facility, explored CAPC’s programs, and learned how the organization is creating pathways to independence through employment, housing, and community integration.
